The quality of the photos may be lacking, but the significance of the details is not.
Ultra Off-Road: A New Benchmark
Sitting above even the Tank 400 and Tank 700, GWM has confirmed the arrival of an all-new Ultra Off-Road model. The company describes it as having the “superior performance of military vehicles” with reliability in the harshest environments. This promises to be the toughest and most capable model GWM has ever built, designed to dominate on and off road.

Fresh Ora and Brand Renewal
The report also confirms an all-new Ora model is on the way, alongside a ground-up renewal of the brand. GWM seems intent on reshaping Ora’s identity and pushing its electric division into a new era.
A Mystery Tank Model
Investors were also teased with mention of a new Tank vehicle. While details are thin, it’s possible this could be tied to the new Ultra Off-Road, or a distinct model entirely. Either way, Tank fans have more to look forward to.

Mid-Sized Flagship SUV
Within its popular “boxy” mid-sized SUV range, GWM plans to introduce a flagship model sitting above the upcoming Haval Raptor 2026. Positioned as the premium offering in that segment, this model is likely to draw plenty of attention from buyers chasing rugged styling with extra polish.

Big Upgrades for Utes
Perhaps most relevant to Australian enthusiasts, GWM also teased major hardware and software upgrades across the pickup - Ute range. This could mean big steps forward in infotainment, connectivity, driver assistance, and possibly power train refinements for the Cannon lineup.

Intelligent Chassis Revolution
Alongside the model announcements, GWM also laid out an ambitious plan for its next-generation chassis technology.
This includes:
Steer-by-Wire systems beginning mass production in 2025, with high-integration designs arriving in 2026 that tie directly into autonomous driving systems.
Brake-by-Wire innovations such as advanced booster systems and the introduction of EMB (electro-mechanical braking) tech, expected to hit production by 2026.
Adaptive Suspension Systems including EDC, EAS, and FASS technology — with premium models from 2026 gaining intelligent suspension tailored to on-road and off-road demands.
